There are several positions offered at The MPHS Script and there is something for everybody. Have a look below. The document attached will go into detail about each position. The MPHS Script is a student driven club and news website. The MPHS Script aims to provide relevant information to students, parents, faculty, and the Manassas Park community. The MPHS Script hopes to start by the second week of the new 2014-2015 school year and emphasizes creativity by welcoming a variety of students who love to write, take photographs, and enjoy being part of a team to turn out the school's best journalists. 

The plan is to include various Editor positions, in which the student selected is a committee leader and helps lead those working with him/her to achieve weekly goals. Such goals could include covering school sports, watching and reviewing school theatre or band productions, writing about student achievements, and reporting on STEM. The MPHS Script also wants to make sure students that are not members of The MPHS Script have a chance to participate. 

In order ensure the success of The MPHS Script, fundraising is necessary to increase the number of available tools in building the website. Currently, The MPHS Script is web hosted for free by Weebly, an easy to use website builder. There are several useful features that are not available with the Free Plan.
